New to me F02

for those that have upgrade to bigger wheels on F01/F02

came with 19" wheels and was thinking about 21-22" wheels
i drove on 20s on my e38
would the ride get much worse on 22" on my F02. i like the drive now.

I think 22s look much more aggressive on the F02 chassis. That said, the ride will be stiffer and you will have to pay just a bit more attention to the road conditions (avoiding major potholes). Depending on your area's road conditions, it shouldn't be too hard of a transition.

I have my stock 19s for my winter tires and a set of 20s for my summers. The summer tires ride better and make less noise. I also find that pot holes tend to cause bubbles in the 19s a bit more than in the 20s. I'd suggest if you want to go with 21s or 22s skip the run flats and get a normal set and enjoy in good health!

I just removed 22s. The stock ride is absolutely heavenly. It's like riding in a cloud.
