2011 750 ix msport lease help

HELP!
BMW has finally got the 2011 lease programs and ready for production. i'm in the negotiating phase for:
2011 750 i x drive
M sport with 20 inch upgrade
lux seating
winter package

MSRP $96475 negotiated to $91275 so far
looking for 15K/year for 36 month lease
offer on the table is $1479/mo with $5500 drive off cost. these #'s include my state's sales tax of 7%

is this a good deal?

There are some wacky things about your order. One, what is the "winter package"? If you are referring to the Cold Weather Package (ZCW), all of those options (Heated steering wheel; Heated rear seats; Ski bag in rear seat center armrest) are included with the Luxury Seating Package (ZLS) and therefore the two packages cannot be ordered together even though you indicated you ordered both packages in the OP. If your CA did order both packages by mistake (and the computer allowed him to do it), then I just saved you $800.

Second, are you sure you ordered a 2011 750ix as opposed to 2010? I ask because so far as I know, there is no pricing available yet on 2011s as well as no official BMW lease program numbers so it would be impossible for the CA to quote you any lease payment on a 2011. I am aware that some dealers are already taking orders for 2011s, but I thought those are orders without firm pricing.

Oh ok...I see. Well, if I can make a suggestion, get or at least try to get the HUD option, you will NOT regret it and it makes driving the car soooo much more enjoyable!

yes, the dealer just received the firm pricing and leasing #'s this week. also, when building the 2011, they took the heated steering wheel, etc. out of the lux seating package. so if you want the heated steering wheel, you have to order the cold weather package for the 2011's. it seems crazy for this nickel and dime stuff.

for an '11 750iL I was told 59% and .0029 out of the book. And that: "But really, it's too early to tell until the cars hit the lot."
