Sold the E92, bought a 991S!

After test driving a 991S and Cayman GTS a few months ago I was pretty much sold on the idea of getting one of them. I actually thought the Cayman was a little more fun than the 991S (plus that exhaust...

) but the market for the GTS has gone up by ~$5k when Spring arrived and I was having a hard time finding a car with the options I wanted at any type of reasonable price.

I actually bought another 991S at a steal of a price and sold it for a decent profit, but this one will be a keeper, at least until I get the itch for something else (probably a GT3 when I can afford it). Going to have to get a new exhaust though, the stock one is way too quiet for my taste.

Previous owner put a full TechArt body kit on and the car is pretty well loaded. The interior with full leather is miles ahead of the M3, which was pretty nice itself but aging a bit. The handling with PDCC is incredible. I do still miss the E92 a bit, I may buy another one at some point in the future.

How would you compare it in terms of low end power to the e92?

Gorgeous car, congrats on the upgrade. I think long term plan for me is to upgrade to a Cayman GTS down the road

Just enjoy it and definately have fun with it.
Really honestly a VERY good looking ride!
Now that you upgraded to a Porsche, I would be really curious to know if Carly
also works the same as it does for BMW.

Haven't had that much driving time yet because of the DMV being a pain, but the car is lighter so it feels more powerful and I believe it has about 30 more lb/ft TQ than the M3.

The Cayman GTS is a badass ride, don't make the mistake of test driving it...

Thanks, I think the TechArt kit looks better than the factory aerokit.
