I assume "no upholstery want to meet with it" means no upholstery shop wants to deal with it. A picture would help, but what usually happens is the car is parked in the sun enough that the leather starts to shrink. It usually pulls away from the base of the windshield first. Again, a pic would help, but if it's very bad there is no realistic fix because it shrunk, any any fix probably requires removing the whole dash. If you need a new dash your are looking at at least $5,000 for the part and installation.

^ what was said above. If you want to DIY it, I'm sure a decent leather adhesive should do the job just fine.

By flush, I assume you mean draining and topping up. Specify the circuit, as there are two.

You dash leather is typical for the shrinkage I described. If it were me, I'd probably remove the whole dash myself, then try to stretch it back with steam, and if that worked, use contact adhesive to glue it back down. It it did not work, order a new dash If I could not locate a pristine used one.

But I'm thinking that will stretch back with patience.
