Bumper lip installed & M Performance Brakes

It's snowing but I got my lip installed today. It's a perfect fit. I was hesitant how it would turn out, did the test fit, had it painted and then installed. The car is ppf'd, so now I need to have the lip ppf'd also. Also did the dual exhaust tips and the M Performance Brakes 395mm.

Definitely need to install the lowering links since I've had them for a little while, change the orange bumper reflectors to black, spacers, and wrap the chrome trunk trim. I'm also thinking about either debadging it for a clean look or going with the xDrive and 750i in black.

The camera makes the DRL's look yellow.

Looks great, i would go with dimpled rotors to give it a true M look like the Euro version. (although Euroi is drilled, but those crack over time)

ebay. I found the first one for over $2k and then ebay has the same ones (well replicas of that one I suppose) for $250. Perfect fit.

Looks great. How did you go about getting the M performance breaks? Source them online and install yourself? Purchase and install from dealership or another shop?

I just picked up a 21 750i Xdrive and would love to have that brake setup.

Thanks,
Mike

I actually got the calipers from a member on here in the for sale section. I bought the rotors, pads, etc. online. It's a straight swap.

I would also recommend coding the car for those brakes. There might be changes in traction control and ABS characteristic curves, or there might not. Even if there isn't, it will update the vehicle order inside your car and also in ConnectedDrive servers so service departments are well informed of this retrofit. Wouldn't want them to fit wrong components according to original vehicle order.

I checked with BMW when I did my alignment after lowering and spacers and they said there is no coding that is required. I specifically asked about brake force distribution.

Agree about the correct info if you take your car to the dealer for service. I do most things myself and also have an indy for everything I need them to do. They also keep a record of everything I tell them I've done to it.

Which eBay listing for the lip? There must be a dozen different listings for copies of that 3D Design one that is $2,300 lol. I'm assuming the paint is holding up on whatever material the lip is made out of?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/134089764844

It's polyurethane and the paint is perfect. Before I had it painted I asked them about flexing and chipping, peeling, etc. They said they have zero concerns after they looked at it. They specialize in exotics, which is why I took it to them.

Awesome bro, thank you. I was thinking that might be the one, since they've sold so many.
