Looks soft for an Exige I think. Still nice though. I just want to see Lotus bring all those concepts they had lol.

Did I miss something? Isn't an Exige just an Elise with a roof? So why is an Exige without a roof not an Elise? Glued together little death trap...

The Exige shares only the door panels with the Elise. It is designed to be a more track-ready version of the car. The Exige roof has also always been removable, just like the Elise with the optional hard top.

never been a fan Lotus they are way too expensive for what you get. Cheap lookin interior, Toyota engine and did i mention overpriced.

Love the car and interior looks good but the radio deck looks cheap as hell.

For $56k, I had one of the most rewarding, reliable, and best handling vehicles in the world. Worth every penny.

So I guess they shoehorned the supercharged 3.5 V6 in there making 345hp. Sounds like fun, although I'm sure they could have found a lighter option other than using an engine out of a Camry.

An Exige that I could actually get in and out of.... Pretty cool.

Not sure why you guys think it's any easier to get out of. Even with the roof off, you still have to get over the large hump of the door sill. Don't forget, the windshield is completely unsupported with the roof off so even a light person can crack it if they put any weight on it. Ingress might be slightly easier but egress will equally difficult.

Yeah I guess you have a point about the windshield.
