HELP !!! My car in service for 35+ days

2011 BMW 750 LI xDrive 24000 miles , still in service since Nov,5 , and they can't fix the issue.

Issues appeared on cluster :

1. 4x4 chassis stabilization
2.4x4 ABS brake system

After 5-7 days in service they said there is a problem with the Transfer case.
It took them 3 and half weeks to receive the transfer case so it is arrived last week on wednesday and installed it only on friday, I was really exited to get my car back but they said it didn't work so they have to replace some module. So called to BMW service today (Tuesday), lady said : waiting for some parts !!! Then I called to BMW Corp. they said we can't do anything so you have to wait. So sad.
It is BAD service for such expensive car.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, transfer case was on backorder So it is very annoying. I just bought this car in end of September. I didn't drive it pretty much.

That sounds pretty fair to me. Plus, you have a free loaner to drive around in?
Let them bring the parts in and repair it -- then you will be back in business!

Here's hoping for a more speedy repair,

My buddy is going through the same thing, on his F10 550 xDrive. The dealer let him take the car home while the transfer case is in order.

The funny part is, I tried stopping him from buying an xDrive. xDrive = More Weight, More Parts to Break, and More Expensive. That's been my philosophies on buying BMWs (except for my E70, no RWD available).

I see why you would need it in NJ (hilly/icy roads - I still recommend winter tires even if you have xDrive though - False confident w/o winter tires). But we don't need xDrive in KC where it snows 3-4 times a year, that melts the next day.

I had the chassis stability malfunction 3000 miles into my purchase, fixed the issue by changing the sensor and all is well 39000 miles later.

Sensor was replaced in first day. But it didn't help.

I bought Xdrive on my 2011 and 2013. I have never looked back
You are absolutely correct that Xdrive equals more parts.

But, few keep these cars for more than 24 months. So, that truism offsets any concern about the added complexity.

These cars are very reasonable. Just as long as you have a warranty.

These cars aren't worth a nickel out of warranty. Even Bill Gates and Warren Buffet would choke on owning a 7 series out of warranty.

You can, but they will not treat it as a lemon (instead, you get trade-in value). You'll have to read your state law about what qualifies it to be a lemon. If it's just a transfer case and the dealership has a clear plan to fix it, you're not going to qualify.

What you can do is demand the dealership to reimburst your car payment for a month. If the service director says no, escalate to the GM. Keep every email and record of how long it's been in and out of the dealership.

Yesterday I came in to pickup my car , as soon as I arrived at the service department, my service manager said that error occurred again. that means they replaced a lot of parts in my car but didn't find the source of the problem.
It is driving me nuts
How they can calculate my payments if this car is paid off and I have title on my hand.

Have them reimburse you as if you had a standard loan/lease on the car with zero down. There should be some remuneration for BMWNA to take care of you with.

In any way I've asked to replace my car with the same year model and same options, hope it will work. If not I want to ask them to add warranty to my car.

Hopefully they can get you a nice warranty and wrap up your car, that's a beautiful machine with so little miles on it!
