Besides size, what's difference between E-class and 7series?

the question is which E series

MB has a v-6. 7 has an I-6, the bigger E has a twin turbo 4.0L v8 and finishes at the E63 AMG with ton of power. No //M model for the 7 but it has a Twin Turbo 4.4L V-8.

E a mid-sized car, 7 a full.

E has B&O as an audio upgrade.
7 has B&W as an audio upgrade.

7 has air suspension,
E has coil based suspension

E (non-amg) tops out at about 85k
7, 125k

E is built in (guess) Stuttgart
7 in built in Dingolfing
