I am now updated to firmware 11/2023.42 and esim connectivity seems very much improved. I have not looked at the games or the headlight stuff. Yet.

I have Verizon and the setup for verizon went fine. I have not had any isssues.

It's been a while since your post, but I wanted to offer some insight.
One thing you could try is resetting the eSIM settings on your 2023 760i. Sometimes, a simple reset can fix the problem. If that doesn't work, you might want to reach out to Simify customer support for assistance. They might be able to provide some troubleshooting tips or help you reset your eSIM remotely. It's also worth checking if there are any software updates available for your car.
