Yeah that's what i meant less calories. When I started working out last year I got a fitbit tracker and logged everything for almost a year until i fell off in November.

get your wife/gf to join up, motivate each other. find a friend that gym a lot, use them as motivation.

summer is right around the corner, find an outdoor sport to stay active. bike/bball/hike/tennis/swim.

I did sets of 8 7 7 6 8 with 25s on the bar. The legs didn't seem to feel it much but I don't think my diaphragm has been worked so hard in a long time!

Walking out to the truck I could breathe fine but that incredible incline from sidewalk to parking lot (10 feet max) was difficult to say the least

I did shoulders this morning and threw in some T-bar rows and seated cable rows for the back. Then I capped it off with tricep pressdown.

5'10" @ 160lbs is scrawny!

I'm 5'10" and at one point I was 168-170lbs @ 10-11%bf and I was tiny. I wish i had pictures of me back then. I realize that everyone carries weight differently but it can't be that dramatic of a difference.

Just a personal preference but I wouldn't want to be below a lean 190lbs at a minimum. Then again, I don't really have a desire to eat like I hate food. I'm happy where I'm at eating whatever I want. I'm not out to impress people or bang slugs anymore.

When you say 5 10, are you really there, a bit over, or a bit under (like me)? Because I'm 5 9 3/4, and 160 just doesn't seem even in the realm of possibilities. I had ballooned up to 210 at one point, back down to 192-4, but really pressing to get down below 185.

I'm 5'10" as well, and I weigh 194 lbs. at the moment. I'm usually around 185-188 lbs., but I've packed on some appreciable muscle recently. I generally stay around 8% body fat throughout the year, but I'll diet down to +/- 5% in the summer months.

If it takes squats, I may remain comfortably at 25%.

I dragged my sorry ass into the gym last night to do back/bi, but I was so tired I dropped at least 10# off everything I did. Got pretty good reps in though.

I noticed while doing preacher curls that I felt more tris hitting the pads than I can remember feeling in a long time!!!
