Active Front Seats vs. Massaging Rear Seats

So, correct me if I am wrong, but only the front seat bottoms and the rear seat backs massage!? I have the Luxury Seating Package and have noticed that, yes, only the front seat bottoms massage, but I didn't know that with the Luxury Rear Seating Package only the rear seat backs massage!? Why couldn't they do both on both the front and rear seats!? There has to be a perfectly good reason for this.

I think one reason might be that the front seat (bottom) is used to counter act fatigue and hence it's only used in the front seats to keep you awake and alert. The rear massage is more for relaxation and hence could put you to sleep, not something you want while driving
