Disapointed by the whiners

Sorry, guys, but I've gotta vent.

This is an enthusiat site.... We come here to learn new infomation about our wonderful E9X's, see what everyone else is doing to/with theirs, and get idea's....

But I'm frickin sick of reading posts about some whiney little thing that isn't right with your car, and "THIS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN TO A $40-50K CAR!!!".

These are issues that should be brought up to your service advisor or sales person, if they are really a big enough deal to sweat about... not something you should be coming to an enthusiast site to bitch about.

Please, there's no need to flame me for my opinion on this matter, I'm not insulting anyone personally.

I'd just really like to see posts about people ENJOYING their cars, not complaining about a squeak somewhere.

Ok?

Great. Now that that's done, on.

What's really annoying is when people ask questions that can be uncovered doing a simple search. Or better yet, when they ask questions that you can find the answers to by reading your Owner's Manual. "I don't know how to reset my MPG on my car without Idrive." Read the OM dude. Come on.

How can you argue about the price of the 335i? What BMW gives you should cost more, if anything. Look at Porsche and other manufacturers that don't have the same volume.

My cup holder (driver's side) makes a very slight, but super obnoxious scraping noise when I open it. I really expected more from a $40+K car, The cup holders on my Lexus operated with butter-smooth precision and never made a peep. They also accommodated a wider variety of cup. I really wish I could get my money back. Any chance of Lemoning the car? My SA keeps hanging up on me for some reason. It only has 6K miles.

I love the whole premise of this thread...We could start a whole series of 'em:

Angry at people with anger issues
Road ragers enrage me!
I'm obsessed with obsessive compulsives
Sick people make me ill
....

Seriously, to me, this forum is about E9X's, period. The good, the bad, the ugly. It should all be here. If I wanted to read about nothing but , I'd read BMW brochures and press releases. BMW makes great cars, but there's always room for improvement, and we should never let them forget that.
