Extremely Long Crank when cold starting

my video showing cold start
I own a 2017 740i and I have a problem every morning ONLY when cold that it struggles to start, sometimes it quits that it’s cranking for so long But once it starts for the rest of the day it starts immediately with no hesitation.
What could this be?
Anyone experience it before?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like your fuel rail is losing pressure. The leak is slow enough to not be meaningful during frequent starts during the day, but will lose enough pressure over night. It could be leaky injector or a leak in delivery or return line.
