What is the lease term, residual, and money factor? What's your sales tax rate?
Cap cost looks good, about 7k below dealer invoice and car is well optioned.

Based on the info you posted the numbers don't add up to what the dealership is telling you.
The current money factor is .00137. At .00187 they are marking it up over 1 full percentage point. So with 7 MSD's you are basically buying it back down to the current going rate.
