Loose bolts n55 2013 740i

Just started working on my new car. (2013 740i N55). When I removed the undercarriage shield a bolt fell out and the other one was hanging by a thread. Only god knows how long this has been like this. Any tips??

They look like they correspond to the bolts in the figure below, and if they do, they should be torqued in two steps. Per TIS, Torque to 100 Nm, then rotate head 105 degrees.

BTW, the bolts spec is M12X1.5X56-10.9 (BMW P/N 32106781622)
