silver tarnishes. this thing is a maintenance nightmare. I would personally go with white gold, palladium, or platinum.

Am a round heeled pushover for hammered silver. That is stunning.

I feel like I should be wearing a Tux just looking at it!

You are right silver does tarnish. I'm sure there is a high quality lacquer over it.

That's indeed a one-off.

Love to see the work been done, and all handmade.

I was probably the only guy laughing during the video.

For one, the rippled silver trim looks like crumbled aluminum foil placed over the various trim pieces.

secondly, i thought to myself how long those trim pieces would even stay on the car. i wouldnt be surprised to drive that car around and park somewhere, leave, then come back to find a bunch of thieves picking at the silver trim pieces with tools.

Love it except for the hammered silver. I could take the small pieces here and there, but the big pieces on the dash and doors looks gaudy. As much as I like BMWs, I'm not sure that I love them enough to buy a 7 Series if I were spending that kind of money.

Tux? Mature rich man?

You guys must be missing the point-

I'm pretty sure BMW is targeting rappers on this one.

Likely to be seen in Lil Wayne or 2 Chains next music video.

Just sayin.

If you were a billionaire you would think differently, go to different places, and do different things. Otherwise you'd be a billionaire now. It wont be everyone's cup of tea but some rich people will dig it, pretentious or not.

Most buyers of this individual 7 series will more than likely have a driver so no need to worry about where its parked and someone taking the silver pieces off. I think that some of you are thinking about this through the prism of your every day life, and not through the eyes of the targeted buyer they are trying to reach. There is nothing wrong with that, but it's as simple as does the person interested in buying this car value what they did with this option or not. If they value it enough they will buy.

This is elitist stupid nonsense, if you dig this crap go buy a Bentley.

Oh look I open the car using this individual silver thingy that was crafted by dwarves that went blind because they couldn't handle it's sublime beauty...
Who cares
