Buying a 2006 750in Sport

I have a 2008 335i E90 manual. A friend of mine who is in the military and deployed right now called me. His wife wants to trade-in her Escalade for a 2006 750i Sport automatic. I don't know much about 7 Series BMWs.

The car has 43xxx miles lot of options. 2 owners. They are telling her $39K for the car. I will get a chance to drive it in a couple days.

Is there anything I should tell her to look for? Any particular issues with that year? Aside from the obvious is there anything I should look for when I drive it?

Really curious, here is a link

Any advise would be great.

My dad has a 2006 750i he has never had a problem with it he has 40,XXX miles on it, such a nice car. As long as it is cpo and the fact that is is coming from a bmw dealer i think it should be a great car. It does have the large rims( i think they are 21's) so it will be a firmer ride.
