Citrin Black/Platinum or Moonstone/Platinum

Hi all,

I have just ordered a 740d xdrive bur can still change it. Right now it is a Citrin Black exterior with Platinum full leather interior. It is also have the M-sport package with 20" rims.

What combo would you choose? Any pictures on those combos?

I have the Citrin Black with Platinum interior combo and like it a LOT. You can find pictures in my thread (link is in my signature). I ordered mine way back when the individual wasn't even available. The x-Drive version went into production 3 month after I picked up my car and IIRC the M-Sport package came out a few month after that...

Your car looks stunning! Can't wait for mine, will arrive w. 48. Sometimes it feels completely right with the dark exterior and the light interior but I do like the Moonstone as well.

This is a really hard

Citrin/Platinum is the best combo. It holds up well against dust compared to dark cars. We have a jerez black M3 conv and a citrin black 7, on the m3 dust shows more than the 7. One more big thing is the paint swirls show up less on the citrin black than the M3.

You will be happy with the platinum interior, our m3 has the platinum interior as well.

My only compliant is the piano wood trim swirl marks, the clear on it is a big joke. If you touch it you will cause marks.

Thank you, I will keep the Citrin/Platinum on my order.

I ordered the Piano trim, maybe I should reconsider that? I have three kids
