Note to BMW: This is the first time I never bought a new 7 series.
Instead, I am keeping my old F02 7 series. Why? Because, in 2015 you got me totally hooked on diesels. I bought the USA 740 Ld (diesel). This car is hands down the funnest 7 series to drive. The low end torque, even after almost 2 years, is mind numbing. So, BMW gets me turnt on the oil burner and then fails to offer a stateside diesel with your new 7? Are your marketing folks smoking something? Of course, you knew that you could not offer an f01/f02 diesel without having been prepared to offer a the New 7 as a diesel too, right? I mean what a way to treat your customers: get them into diesel and then take it away. What? Don't you buy your own sales BS? Well, you can stick your cheesy hybrid 7 where the sun don't shine. Folks, if you want fun at 700 miles per tank---go find yourself the previous models 7 diesel in the USA. If you like filling your tank twice a week, go get the petrol 7. But, this 15 year 7 series customer won't be getting the new model until you sell a diesel stateside. |

Well. Take this with a grain of salt.
Just remember the damage the US Diesel market took due to the VW Diesel Gate scandal. I've seen engine specs of what's to come on the car (MIGHT) But i'm not sure if it's the engine for the new G30 Diesel Vs the G11 Just hang out for a bit. |
