Comfort access

Can someone help me figure out what is the best technique to shut the door with the remote in your pocket;the finger swipe on the marked area on the door handle works for me when opening he door but not closing-strange-this has how it has worked for me on other bmws;also the ventilated seats-is the cooling effect linked to the temperature outside

i usually just pull the handle to open. it takes 2 pulls - one to unlock then one to open. to lock, i simply touch the "lines" on top of the handle for about 1 second.

thanks..this is exactly what i have been doing but locking seems not to work in my garage ...do you think the fact that its next to my 650 is interfering in any way with the radio waves..at work it seems to be better..that is it works half the time

Yes, there is a good chance that if you are close to another car that has comfort access too that you have a radio frequency interference issue.

Does it work flawlessly when your car is parked on its own say in a mall parking lot without any other car near it?

Also, do you have any other key (e.g. from your 650 which I assume has comfort access as well?!?) in your pocket when you try to lock or unlock your 750?

Any cell phone or other type of radio frequency source near the key when you try it?
