Exclamation Error codes 8020DB and 28CC00 water in boot

Hi. So just purchased F01 730d 2009 with some codes I am unable to get rid of (030015, 28CC00 Lin Bus communications fault, 8020DB wake up line to IBS sensor - short circuit to ground or open circuit, 8307B6, E11474). I've inspected the boot area where battery is and some modules, I've found some old water residue at the bottom. All modules look fine same cables and connectors. What does not look fine is that I had a lot of water present in the rubber hole where one of power cables goes (there is also some small ground wires attached to it that runs in same hole). I've removed water best I could but I'm sure there might still be some left there. I don't know how or even if It is possible to pull this cables out or how to undrain that rubber hole. I have no idea where to even begin with that one to find the short/open circuit. Please see photos attached to this thread.
