No audio after rear bumper replaced on 2012 alpina b7

Hi...I recently had my rear bumper cover replaced. When I got the car back I had ZERO audio of any kind. Initial dings on start up, seat belt, audio from stereo, rear and front sensor beeps. No audio of any kind. I have a 2012 Alpina B7. Can anyone assist on a possible reset process or which fuses I need to pull and inspect? Seems odd for all audio to fail at once after this work is done. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If I posted this in the wrong section of this forum please advise and Ill move it. Thanks!

Thank you!

There should be a fuse index sheet stored in a slot in your rear fuse box…if you haven’t done so yet…check that sheet for the location of your fuses.

Also check your TONE settings in iDrive to see if they have be reset to a very low setting. The GONG tone settings can adjust the sound of your warning tones…and the PDC warning tones has its own adjustable settings.
