How to bypass the exhaust valve actuator

Anyone know how to disconnect the electrical harness/vacuum valve in a 760Li so the exhaust valve actuators remain open all the time?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't they there to help build up the back pressure to help the turbos spool up?
