Downsizing for Ride Quality

Trying to help a neighbor with a 2013 750iL XDrive (used, but new to him) with OE 245/45-19 who is complaining about ride comfort/impact harshness. (Car has grey calipers, not MSport). Before giving up the car, trying a -1 wheel/tire set-up makes sense to me. Wheel-size.com shows a 245/50-18 should be compatible with a 8x18 ET30 wheel for his model. But, neither Tire Rack nor 1010Tires shows any 18" availability for this car. Can anyone offer advice please before I call them on Monday? Thanks much!

I suggest either the top or the 2nd one. I have $68 Nankang NS-20 tires (unfortunately the tire size you are looking for they do not make) when I got it day 1 from a dealership (used). I thought it had $700 tires. I just suggest airing them to 40psi because I think cheap tires will lose air quicker if the air pressure gets too low like 30 or lower. The performance of them going quick under cornering, acceleration, and braking. More expensive tires is a waste because if you get a puncture then you need new tires. Also I don't notice any tire whine like some vehicles have at high speeds. I was doing 100+ at times and it felt like I was doing 80 or less due to the smoothness.

Tell him to replace shity run flat tires, besides the ride comfort improvement his suspension will not suffer.
