DroidUK MMI installation problems.

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an MMI box from DroidUK to have Android Auto on my 2010 F01 740i. Unfortunately, the package did not come with any instructions, and the support I received through WhatsApp only provided me with three unclear pictures of connection possibilities. I went ahead and installed the box, but the screen did not work properly. Two options resulted in an orange screen, and one gave me a black screen. I got an orange screen when I disconnected the Y wiring for the wheel controller for that option. Eventually, I had to remove everything related to the MMI box to return to my original head unit, which worked fine. I tried contacting their WhatsApp helpline for further assistance but didn't receive any response.

I hope someone can advise me on installing this unit correctly.
