Are you going for a different option for your tv (maybe your'e not in europe?) What is it that you're going for?
I am in Eastern Europe, Ukraine. Same TV standards as in the U.K. I do not know why, but BMW by default would install DVB-T tuner, which is almost phased out here, and I can receive only 5-6 channels I think.

With DVB-T2 I am getting 32 channels, and reception is generally stable. This tuner is an official retrofit offered for all markets. It is in section 03 of the ETK, part number 65506805976, around EUR400

Thanks, really not sure about the M key and why they bothered? It doesn't do anything different right? Just more colourful and I'm assuming most of us would use the display key as the primary?

Thoughts?

I have a pic of this as I had a weekend demo back in March. You just want to see a picture of the dials with the nav right?

I guess time will tell, the display key is pretty big. Just the colour stripes is a little disappointing but I guess the included display key really makes up for it.

yeah i'm being pretty picky about this one as I have ordered the HUD and so will probably never use it, but since I've had nothing to do but scrutinise every picture, pdf and video about 7 series's while waiting for mine to be delivered, I seem to have a need for confirmation that options and features truly exist.

I think i may need a lie down .....sad bloke here!

Currently in discussions to visit when they do the PDi

No still the same ☹️

What's the PDi post delivery inspection? That's cool how long after that till you can take your car?

If anyone has an m-sport, especially in the uk, can anyone confirm or show?

thanks Tye
Good news. See photos below. You can see these pictures in Tacho provided you put HUD in 'Basic' mode (thus NAV appears not on HUD, but rather on KOMBI). Looks nice, multiple scenarios depending on driving situation.

My pleasure.

Well, I am overwhelmed with the car (I am coming from fully loaded F16 M50d, which I think already boasts excellent ride behaviour). Silky smooth ride, power delivery is linear and seems to have no limits. Suspension in Comfort mode is softer than I expected, yet the car is definitely not a jellyfish, and keeps flat and stable in sharp turns (possibly thanks to Executive Drive Pro). Integral steering is something to be admired - the car is obedient and precise.

Yet I only made some 50km, so will hopefully post something more thoughtful in a couple of days, together with pics.

PDI should take max 1 day. I actually believe it is some 4-5 hours. If you are interested in details, please see https://www.dropbox.com/s/5w34n2bhs51ehau/PDI.pdf?dl=0

Now you have baseline to check whether your dealer is diligent. Many are not...
