HSR Control Unit Replacement - Coding?

Hello Guys,

i think my HSR control unit from my f01 (2010) is faulty. So. I ordered a brand new to test. In the replacement info it says that it has to be coded.

Can you tell me which kind of coding is necessary and how I can do this by myself? I have ista D, a enet cable and E-Sys.

Thank you so much!

Sounds not very complicated. Do I need full PSdZData or something else for that? Thanks!

Hello,

i just got a brand new HSR Control Unit. But i cant "code" it, cause there is no CAFD in it.

Please see the attachements with old control unit with CAFD and new one without CAFD.

How i get for the new one now the coding done or the CAFD in? And which CAFD version i need?

Thanks for your help!

Connect => Read FA (VO) => Activate FA (VO) => Read SVT (ECU)=> Left-Click on HSR => Click on "Detect CAF for SWE" => Select the CAFD from latest I-Level shown (bottom) => Select OK => Right-Click on HSR (the ECU itself not the underlying CAFD) => Select CODE.

Perfect. This worked. Thanks

Additional info:

You need for the actual psdzdata a newer version of esys like 3.30.1 or newer otherwise "Detect CAF for SWE" will be greyed out. A launcher is for CAFD injection not necessary
