Hotspot not working?

Okay what's the secret? It says it's connected... but no luck...I have full connected drive suite including hotspot for 4 years...phones, iPads are linked...but nothing is loading.

Advice?

In the UK, I had to connect to the hotspot with a laptop ( I think I saw this written on a forum somewhere ) which then loads the t Mobile website allowing me to select a plan, agree to the t&c's etc etc. It then worked after that

It's useless here in the UK though as the connection speeds ( as tested with a Laptop in a high signal area ) are a few hundred Kbps compared to sharing a wireless hotspot with an iPhone at the same location with the same laptop and getting more then 50mbs !!! And this was on the EE phone network which is the same as t-Mobile in the UK

Go figure

Alright you are in michigan
So it sounds like your trial expired or your subscription is messed up
Heres what you are going to do

get your device on the wifi inside the car
go to BMWUSA.com
It will reroute you to the AT&T website
hopefully you remember your log in info.
when you log in itll tell you what needs to be done if your subscription expired.
If you have any questions i can try and walk you through it with a video when Im back at work!
