Smile [Lease Transfer] BMW 2018 740i, $773+Tax (12KM/yr) $1750 Down (obo)+$500 (BMWFS Fee)

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 773.00

Item Interest
We have some change in our family situation and have decided that a seven seater vehicle better suits our needs. We are in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Hence looking for someone to take over this incredible deal. It is an incredible luxury car with a lot of fancy features. The lease terms are one of the lowest price you will find on a 7-series for a 12KMile/year lease.

I am attaching the picture of the vehicle as seen on the dealer's site before we bought it. I am also attaching the build spec. I prefer someone local though for a right buyer I can ship at their cost. I have been a Bimmerfest member for 14+ years. More pictures available for serious enquiries only (this is my wive's car so I will have to coordinate)

Drivers Assistance, Drivers Assistance Plus, Executive Package, Apple Car Play &; 19" style 620 wheels with All Seasons, and wheel locks.

Monthly Lease Payments: $773+Sales Tax = $843 in Santa Clara County (will vary by location)

Lease Expires: 12/23/2020
Total Milage: 36030 (12K/year)
Current Milage: 9975
Remaining Milage: 26K for 27 months
Lease End Charges:
Excess Milage Charge: 30c/mile
Dispostion Fee: $350
Residual Value: $49985 if you want to purchase the car.

Terms:

I am looking to recover a prorated portion ($1.75K) of my down payment ($3K)
BMW Charges a $500 lease transfer fee! ; buyer pays that.
I am somewhat flexible on the upfront payment and will make adjustments for any extra milage we drive beyond 1K/month.

Please make sure that you are qualified to assume the lease based on BMWFS terms.
While they are reasonably lenient they sometime have additional requirements.
In order to take over the lease you will first have to be qualified by BMWFS.
