Euro Delievery Still Possible for 2013?

Hi all-

I am currently in a 2011 750lxi but I have not been happy with it. I have been considering to sell it and try out a 2013 740lxi.

I was wondering if it would still be possible to order a 2013 for euro delivery? I know production has ceased but maybe they still have 2013's lying around?

Also, for anyone that has driven both, does it seem like a big step down in performance from the 750 to the 740? Any input is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Skerdian

2013 is totally out of production. Your next unit would be a 2014 if you were to order.

What are you so unhappy with ,the Mileage? As Os said 2013's are out of production.Best bet is to find a 2013 on the if you are willing to compromise on your options. For pure city driving I think the inline 6 is decent enough. If you plan to step on the interstate you will enjoy the bigger engine better.Just go to your nearest dealer...Almost everyone has a 740 in stock.

2013 and 2014 have the same engine. Only difference is 6WB and larger iDrive controller and some software updates on the 14's.

Ive been having alot of issues with suspension--just very harsh, it feels as if it lacks suspesion in general sometimes. It might have to do with my pzero runflats and 20 inch wheels in nyc, but the car is nowhere near as comfortable as my S550. Also, the 6 speed transmission is jerky and downshifts are abrupt. I only have 35k miles and have complained numerous times at the dealer, but they seem to shrug it off.

For a $100k car, I expected alot more, especially considering the 7's competitors.

I was hoping the 740 might be a better option considering gas mileage, general throttle response and the new 8 speed. Also, I can equip it more heavily and more affordability than a 750. As of now they have roughly a $9k rebate on remaining 2013 7's.

This is quite interesting[suspension].Can any present owners chime in with their experience.I know the 8 speed should make a difference. The suspension in the test car i drove felt fine,But then i drove it on smooth roads.
