HELP -2011 Alpina B7 creaking noise at low speeds

Has anyone experience a creaking noise at low speeds under 20 mph when turning the car, going over bumps and/or starting to accelerate?

My dealer's service center kept the car 3 days they couldn't find the source but could hear the creaking. They tighten all the suspension components and brake mounts. The problem went away for a day and now it's back. Since tightening everything eliminated the noise for a short period, does anyone have any insight on what it could be so I can help my service advisor better troubleshoot the issue?

Thanks

G

Have them check the steering system!

is the creaking from around the doors? near to where your ear is?
if so it could be the rubber door seals which is a known issue.
fix is to apply gummipfledge (do not recall exact spelling sorry).
apply to all rubber seals and it will go away.
caused by the seals sticking to the bodywork and the car flexing very slight over bumps.

dont use silicon and dont polish the paintwork where the seals meet either.

bmw certianly used to sell this branded by them but I belive it can also be bought OEM.
