Actually, i stretch when brushing and flossing. Usually just prop up a foot on the side of the tub to stretch the hams. One leg for outside of teeth, other leg for inside of teeth. Usually lean on the counter top when flossing to stretch the calfs. One for the uppers, the other for the lowers. Nothing crazy, just loosening them up. Helps keep my lower back from getting too tight.

Thats actually a pretty good idea. Definitely dont stretch..., or work out for that matter as much as I should.

flossing would have helped before i got invisalign to prevent cavities...but not going to the dentist ever did me in lol

my teeth were all close together and shit towards the front, and food easily got stuck in between them...causing cavities. young and ignorant me didn't think much of it then

lucikly invisalign helped space them out a great bit, so food doesn't get stuck in between anymore...and i brush 8 times a day for a good 3-4 minutes each time, so that helps tremendously too

lol unfortunately downside of invisalign is you HAVE to brush every time you eat...and i brush once more in the morning before breakfast so i'm not eating eggs, toast, and vaginal juice (from the night before)

i use a soft bristle toothbrush and quality toothpaste...if that helps any

The urge to brush after eating will be very strong after you're not wearing the trays anymore.

Are you getting a permanent retainer when finished or just one to wear at night? Wife went the permanent route.

For example what happened here in my house in the last 2 hours..

I called my hairdresser for a haircut and asked him to come over for a haircut..
He said ok Philippe within one houre..Is that ok for you ?
I said to him of course I'm already happy you come to my house for my haircut.

So my hairdresser came and I heard my doorbell , I opened my front door and he said Ohhh...Hi Ambiorix how are you ?
I said please come on in Marcel ,Thank you Marcel I'm fine...

And he started to cut my hear , and he asked like usual Philippe ?
I said to him just cut it off Marcel , no matter how..
After 30 min. he was done and he said to me now you look cute again !
I looked angry to him...And so he said to me I know Barbarians are never cute...

I payed him and I gave him a tip from 25 Euros...
But before he left we drank each 2 beers from my fridge...He said cheers Ambiorix . I said yeah Marcel while I smacked 3 times with my right forearm on my chest ..
And it was a happy afternoon for both of us .

Of course it were Belgian beers my friend from the brand *AMBIORIX*
My story from this afternoon is no joke ...It is reality !

I was told overnight trays but might go after permanent trays...how does the wife like the permanent trays?? is that the bonded wire retainer behind the teeth? heard there might be issues with plaque buildup with those, but figured cleaning would remedy

Yeah, just a wire behind the teeth, no tray. Nothing visible unless you're trying to show someone. You get in such a habit of cleaning your teeth after eating it's largely a non issue. Though she's adapted to using a tooth pick at times rather than just brushing. Plus she gets a professional cleaning every 6 months. Never had a cavity.

He is very cute, and I love him to bits. I also thought for 25 years he's gay. Then he met his wife, was married three months later, and they are extremely happy.
