E66 Valley Pan?

hey guys,

I know this is the F01 section, but I didn't see an E66 section and I was hoping you may be of some help. Does anyone know anything about replacing the 'Valley Pan Gasket'? The vehicle is an 06 750 and upon going into a well known independent shop their diagnosis for a small oil leak was that the valley pan gasket and a bunch of other things need to be replaced. My mother spoke with them so I'm not really sure what they had to say, but I've attached the estimate sheet if anyone can make anything of it. Thanks for any help. The valley pan is under the intake manifold. When the seal leaks it is a coolant leak. From the quote it looks like they are also quoting you valve cover gasket which is what is most likely leaking oil.
