Does my car have a Combox?

Hi All,

I have purchased a 740d M Sport (2010 model)

How can i tell if the car has a combox?

I spoke to a few guys that do retrofit combox's and they were advising me that if i have a USB port and bluetooth already in the car, then i have a combox already installed.... is there anyway i can physically check this in the car? or some other way of checking?
