Do you get one display key and one normal key? Picking mine up middle of next week

Also - can you use display key when away from car to do stuff?

Ours came with one normal key and one display key, although the display key might be an option.

That being said, we never use the display key. It's big and pretty useless, it also needs to be charged every few days. (the wireless charger in the car will charge it)

It shows you your fuel level, lock and window status. But I don't think it does much more than that. It's been a while since I turned it on, it might let you turn on the AC fan too.

Was in the 750 X drive for a while today and the new systems are ground-breaking and amazing. The lighting is wild. The panoramic sky lounge lights are a work of art.

The front massaging seat programs are very cool! The seats themselves are plush looking and feeling.

The cabin and cockpit are like nothing I have ever seen in a production car.

Gesture control is futuristic - and I am sure they will increase its 'vocabulary' soon.

The re design of all the controls and buttons and screens is intuitively spot on.

Even the ambient lights in the bowers and Wilkins sound system are creative and unique.

Truly a technological marvel and a work of art. Nothing like the now-seemingly-boring 7 I had a few years ago. Thank goodness this one looks great and is truly an oasis inside.

No one could drive this car and ever get bored.

One question: Did you get the lane steering assist feature? Just last week I drove a friend's Tesla P90D with autopilot and found it quite amazing. Very interested in how this feature of the new 7 compares to that.

Car and driver compared autopilots of Tesla, BMW, MB and Audi, Tesla came on top, BMW came close second...

All of the above is sooo great to hear! These were my sentiments as well having driven the car, but I didn't get to drive it at night. Always nice to have someone else point out the good stuff so I don't feel like I'm a pushover haha! I ordered mine on 12 January: 750i xDrive, Mineral White Metallic with Mocha Nappa and Fineline Black wood interior + M-Sport Pkg, and picked up all other options (with the exception of the Executive Lounge package).
