Rate the deal & build !

Just ordered a 2017 740i X. MSRP $102,655, deal struck at 87K. About a 15% discount. I think the dealers are panicking as the G12 hasn't been received well in the US and BMW is cranking on the incentives. I was able to get the 5K allowance with $1500 fleet plus $1000 for a current BMW financial customer. Let me know what you guys think on the deal & build. Cheers. [IMG][/IMG]

I can't see the pics, they are blurry.
You can easily get that car for dealer net or less minus incentives.

Dealer invoice on that car is about 93,400. So that minus incentives puts it at about 85,900. You can get a few more thousand off easily. Talk to a volume dealer. Contact Greg Poland at Pacific BMW.

1451/month for lease at that price is awful unless includes NY sales tax. What residual and money factor did they quote?

That's just the build not the deal. I'm buying the car for 87K sticker of 102,600.

That's better. Thats a good deal. I'd say good but not great but at some point you have to say you're satisfied.

I have not seen anyone get more than 15% on an ordered 17 ... I'd say its a good deal unless others come out of the wood work and post better % on a custom order. I'm certain you can get better for on-lot cars.
