How is esurance?

How is their customer service and claims handling? I am thinking of changing my insurance to ensurance. Would like to hear some feedback from members who used them for claims etc. They give the lowest price, I hope the service is not lowest too

I had them in the past... the only reason I switched when I got my BMW, is because I got a lower rate through the company that insures my parents cars and home (I live at home).
Only had one claim in maybe 3-4 years of coverage... never had a problem.
