What's a good Lexus RX lease deal?

I'm heading to a Lexus dealer to do a new lease for my mother-in-law.
She went through 2 RXs and willing to do one more.

Can anyone with recent RX lease transaction experience guide me what the good lease payment is at the moment?
Only thing she would need is AWD and navigation.

Thanks in advance!

Call around to a few dealers and feel them out. I haven't done a face-to-face negotiation in probably a decade and I've basically stolen the cars.

I would imagine for a low optioned AWD you could get it for low-mid $400s. I doubt it would be over $450. Not even sure they make a non-nav RX.
