Bmw740XD f01 2012 helicopter noise

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my mentioned BMW it has a kind of knocking noise when either neutral revving and/or accelareting. When on top normal speeds everything sounds okay. Its like a helicopter noise. Can anyone help me im kind of losing my mind cant find the problem hah. Can add a video if anyone would like to listen 😁
