640i faulty window?

Hi Fellas,

Who knows how to reset one of the rear power windows on a BMW 640i?

My convertible roof won't open because of the anti-trap mechanism on the rear window and I believe I need to reset it. I have tried everything I have read on this forum so far and I am not sure if the window is faulty, or if I am not doing it right.

Please advise.
