Wood Trim swap options?

Hi,
So i'm looking into getting a 2009 750i and the only issue i have with the actual car i'm looking to get is the wood trim.
I haven't seen any threads regarding the Wood trims and i'm wondering if they're already available for sale.
The car in question has the High Gloss Anthracite Trim which is the one i like the least. I'm actually thinking of not getting it just because of the trim.
So my question is would it be an easy swap ? Are they available yet? And is it expensive?

I'm not sure about 3rd party places that may sell trim replacements. You can order a different trim through your dealership. I think if you were to replace ALL the trim pieces in the car it would probably run you between $1k to $2k (not sure though). Those things are usually not cheap.
