2013 750i Good Lease Deal?
My first choice is the 2013 M5. The lease deals are too much given the inventory on the lots. The dealer then suggested I look at the 750i and this is what he offered:
VEHICLE: 2013 BMW 750i Sedan COLOR: Alpine White UPHOLSTERY: Black Nappa Leather Index Description MSRP Base Price $86,800.00 ZMP M Sport Package 3,300.00 ZLP Lighting Package 1,900.00 2NX 20" Alloy Double-Spoke Wheels 1,300.00 4CA Ash Grain Wood Trim 0.00 6NR BMW Apps 250.00 ZOC ZMP Option Credit -3,300.00 Base Price Discount - Pre 1/2013 Inventory -500.00 Destination and Handling 895.00 TOTAL AS EQUIPPED $90,645.00 SELLING PRICE $80,995.00 Lease Terms Lender BMW Financial Services Term 36 Months Mileage 10,000/year Money Factor 1.3 Residual Factor 58% Selling Price $80,995.00 Bank Fee $725.00 Total Capitalized Cost $81,720.00 Residual Value $52,574.10 Total Depreciation $26,142.01 Capital Reduction $3,003.89 Monthly Depreciation $726.17 Monthly Rent $170.68 Monthly Payment $896.84 Tax (9%) $80.72 Monthly Payment + Tax $977.56 Capital Reduction $3,003.89 Cap Reduction Tax (9%) $277.55 License & Registration $661.00 Documentation Fee $80.00 First Payment $977.56 Security Deposit $0.00 Drive Off $5,000.00 Trade Equity $0.00 Rebate $3,500.00 Due at Signing $1,500.00 |

I just did one (2013 750Li) with 15,000 miles/yr, MSRP 99k, all else about the same. Payments about 1100.
I got talked into the tire warranty on the run flats (on top of the 1100.). Don't think I'd do that again but who knows. Have 2000 miles on it and I'm still grinning! My first BMW. Came out of a 2010 Cad Escalade Platinum. The heads-up and radar detector have already paid for themselves. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Last edited by rharris612; 03-12-2013 at 06:35 PM.. |

Not a bad deal. I would also add the Executive Package, it gets pretty hot and sweaty in SoCal w/o ventilated leather seats. Plus, Ceramic Control and HUD are nice to have. Some guy from Dubai is trying to re-tro fit his car with Ceramic Control, which will cost thousands after the fact.

deal
Sounds reasonable. I leased my 2011 BMW X5, MSRP was around $85k, and there were no promotions other than loyalty money. I paid $1107 for 15k/3 years. I would try and negotiate down the money up front so all you have to pay is first month plus taxes and title.

Thanks for all your input, I really appreciate it! I'm still not convinced to move me off of my dream car, M5. If I am going to pay $36,000 on a lease, then I got to love it and not just settle. Mind you that leasing a 2013 750 is not settling by any means, but I've just got my heart set on an M5. These dang dealers keep enticing me with lower payments on another model and it makes me do a double-check. hahaha

As cool and fast as an m5 is, nothing touches a 7 series in terms of comfort and performance in one package. Both are nice and you cant go wrong, but it's totally different, IMO. Good luck either way

Drove a friends M5 first which is what got me looking. I suggest that the 750 is about as much as I would need. I still haven't had an opportunity to really get on it.
It's pretty fast. In sport+ it behaves very similar to the M5. I'm sure the M5 has a lot more to consider but you also have to consider the room the 750 gives you an any off-set. I just got the 750 so I don't want to sound like I am justifying what I did. However, it IS fast and FUN. |

That's a pretty darn good deal for a 7 series. Up here in Canada you would find yourself in a 535i with those type of payments and down. There's a brand new "demo" 2013 750i up here which is going for $1300/month not including taxes with $15,000 down.

Live my dream, settle with the M5. Also, is 10k/year enough mileage for you? |

The boss rules. 10k probably is not enough but it is a starting point toward negotiation. |
