Sharks are out--too bad, but kind of saw it coming. Hate this time of year as my interest in hockey drops--don't know who I am rooting for at this point---just going to see which team looks interesting.

As for the Canadians. Price is the most, check that, absolute most - bar none, over rated goalie on the face of this planet. Sure, he can take Team Canada to a championship because of all the folks around him...until he takes his Montreal team somewhere, people need to stop putting this guy on a pedestal. And how's that Therrien firing now? If Buffalo had any brains...they'd sign this guy now.

I have to agree with you on some points here . Boudreau and Trotz among the coaches who have logged the most wins under their caps but still yet to win Stanley Cup . Trotz, however, managed to win Presidents Trophy two years in a row that will bring a cap to his feater errr that will bring feather to his cap , pun intended .

Price and Dubnyk underperformed in Play Offs , Price sometimes makes saves that would be sensational though .His overall performance is dubious

San Jose Sharks out of Play Offs and faced elimination , kinda early but they faced a team performed very well this season

Oh, don't worry, I always root against the Pens...cuz...jealous. I'll probably root for the Ducks...cuz Cali, but I wouldn't mind seeing one of the cup less teams such as Preds or Blues get one.

But no kidding would love to see the Oilers win...they will do before the Leafs do I personally believe. The Oilers will be the team to bring Lord Stanley back home first. That team is young but deep. Leafs are a few years behind

Washington Capitals 2-3 Pittsburgh Penguins , Washington Capitals lost at home in 1st game of the 2nd round . It was a great game, right after goalless 1st period , 2nd period has seen 2 rapid goals from the visitor team put them ahead but Washington Capitals has proved that they weren't President Trophy Winners for nothing and tied the game at 2-2 but Pittsburgh Penguins has scored one more goal to regain the lead 3-2 .

New York Rangers lost at away game against Ottawa Senators 2-1 , albeit New York Rangers was the team that found opening goal that wasn't enough for them to win the game . Not a bad performance either

I agree with you on Edmonton Oilers , when the season was underway many would have never thought they would have gone that far but they are very strong team and one of the surprise contenders of the Play Off Series .

Anaheim Ducks are doing fine too

I still have an issue with the awarding of assists. In that Oilers/Ducks game, the 4th goal by Oilers (Larson?) he takes the puck in the defensive end, right in front of the net, drives down all by himself, wraps around the net and throws a prayer in front, that skips under the keeper and off a defensive skate into the net.

And they award an assist to anyone but that defensive skate?

Pens have won cups losing the first game in every round. There's no comfort zone against Washington...everyone knows that.

I would say there is a comfort zone against Caps...cuz, Caps are Caps.
