Check with the forum to see if anyone has experience with condensation in the front headlight. If so, how was it fixed?

While many BMW models do have excessive internal fogging (condensation) with their headlights, BMW claims that this is not always a "failure".

I've attached the Headlight Fogging TIS for the G12 and let you be the judge of your own vehicle.

If you deem it's an issue, I would first suspect the outer corner of the headlight assembly. If you are able to dry the internals, there are ways to seal the unit w/o replacing the lens or bucket, but it won't be pretty.

Thank you for the info. My vehicle is still under factory warranty and I may have to take it to the dealer

There is more than permissible amount of water in that headlight. If you can see large water droplets or they have started to run then its no longer okay.

Dealers have no competence what so ever in servicing headlights, so they are just going to replace the unit.
