BMW Advanced Eye Pro 3 vs. BMW Drive Recorder

Anyone know the differnce?

My car has the onboard already, but seems that BMW has this as well, curious if the Advanced eye records while parked.

I have the ACE 2.0, and it records front and rear whilst parked if the sensor picks up movement and I believe if the g-force sensor is triggered.

Thinkware came out with the U3000, F/R and with battery records for like 200+ hours parked, looks pretty slick. Less than BMW's AE Pro, but the battery backup is spendy..
