2010 750LI feat D2FORGED Wheels

Hey guys just wanted to share a new 750LI BMW on a set of 21" VS1s that a customer recently had installed.

To be very honest I personally don't care much for the new 7 series but that was before I saw this one, I am now in love, lol.

D2FORGED VS1
Brushed Aluminum Center w/Black Accent, Chrome Lip

21x9.0 3" Lip
21x10.5 4.5" Lip

Here's a few pics for now:

Are these "pigs snouts as well"? I think the kidney grills are awesome!

Well, it's all a matter of opinion, but I think the older large grilles didn't seem at all out-of-place on the cars you showed, nor did I think the shark-nose slant of the E24 was bad at all.

I just don't like the way it looks here. Doesn't jive IMO. Otherwise, I really like the new 7.

Agreed. I think it's the overall curve of the grilles, as well as the bulbousness that makes it look out of place. If I had a new 7er, the first thing I'd do is black out the grilles.

I guess it just depends on your preference. Is your customer a rapper or something? Rims that big are like shoes that look really nice but are uncomfortable to wear. Don't a lot of people have escalades on 22s or something?

If I had a rim that wide it'd be on something like a 911 turbo something needing a tire that wide.

The customer is actually a local exec, I believe in the insurance business.

Just to clarify these are 21" wheels, not 22". 21" wheels on a car this size is hardly "rapper / baller" territory in my humble opinion. That would be the guys squeezing 24's on 7series.

Wheels are only 10.5" wide. On Porsche's we run 12" wide wheels typically.

Thanks for your comments nonetheless and thanks for looking!

What do you mean? Why would the front wheels bend at any moment?

Those wheels look like crap for three reasons:
- they don't belong on a 7 series
- the inner part painted black makes them look facking cheap (or maybe it's the shadow?)
- the little bolts all around the rim looks cheap as shit

So whoever picked these wheels has shitty taste.

The new 7er is such an ugly car from the front view. I mean, take a look at the S class, especially the 2010 with the LED front lights! Now that's a looker!
