2019 BMW 750i xdrive ordered
Hey guys,
I ordered two 2018 750's to replace our 2017 models, and one of the orders was bumped to a 2019 model. Just to confirm, the 2019 will be the LCI face-lift right? They honored the original pricing from the 2018 order, Apple car play and driver assistance package is standard. Has anyone else been able to order a 2019? |

As far as I know, LCI production should start as 2020 Model on 03/2019.
So I don't think that your order will be a LCI Model. |

Not sure of the terminology but "Dynamic Digital Instrument Cluster" is listed as standard. This is from the link posted above.

Also a small bit I noticed is that the seat memory buttons are no longer silver but now coordinate with the interior color I've attached three pictures, first two showing the standard and the last showing one equipped with the DDIC [IMG][/IMG]

Eww. That display just looks too cheap to be in a 7 series. In the scheme of things it probably hardly saves them any money, they should have left it as is until the new iDrive and digital display arrives in the LCI... which looks nice. Sad I won't have that but the current one is very good still.

We are picking our 750xi up in Munich in two days. It better does not have that cheap cluster.
The 2019 is just a package reshuffle. I too thought it was the LCI, we were told it was, but it is not. Not that I care for the full digital cluster that the LCI will have, but the grill looks nice on the camo car. But that cheap cluster above is a whole another thing. I will be furious if they put that into our otherwise loaded car. If you are short, put it into the darn 740i. Sorry, no offense meant to the 740 guys. |

Not to pour oil on a fire and appreciate I am coming late to the party but yikes that 'new' cluster is certainly a downgrade from the 'old' one.
Something to watch in future should I change mine as I'd not buy one with that cluster if I could help it. Hope Huncowboy received their car okay and that it had the old cluster, safe travels in the first few miles and while in Germany! Do post some pics if you get the chance as well as any review of the experience of picking it up in person at the factory.
