I just need to remember to reverse more slowly!
God I don't eat it in the car, indeed that's a big no no

Yeah I'm parking it pretty slowly to be honest, it's a big car and got to get fully used to it. However I suspect I'll probably always park it pretty slowly just to be that extra bit careful.

Yep gotta take it slow, choreograph every maneuver and float it in like a feather when parking this beast.

You must have run yours in now, coming in your drive with the wheels squealing. Respect

Yeah I think I'm going somewhat slower than you still though if I had a driveway as big as yours maybe not

A bit of an update 1800 miles in. Still loving the car, loving all the gadgets, glad I specced it up the way I did. Been driving a lot more in adaptive lately which does seem to have its benefits overall. Gave it a good detail wash, polish and wax yesterday, thought I’d throw a couple pics up while she was looking her best.

Stunning 325_bucks, looks like liquid black on that beauty!

Glad you are still loving the car and the way you spec'd it, hope your other half is also finding it a lovely ride? Can't be long now until you have your addition to the family, they'll be delighted in that 7 too I'm sure!

Safe travels.

Yeah 10 weeks till it’s due, getting nervous!

I love the wax I put on the car, it doesn’t really photo well but it really makes the blue pop in real life

I know where your coming from. Some of these paints simply don't photograph all that well, they look so much better when you can see them in person.

Glad your loving the car, me too

Baby's are awesome, not quite as cool as a new BMW but not far off

Haven't heard from you in a while 325_bucks, hope the baby has made its entrance into the world and everything went okay?

Has the baby grown to love the 7 already?

Just looking at the pictures of the detailing you had done again and that colour and job makes it look properly stunning.

Hope you and the family are well. Still love the car?

Safe travels.

Hi!

Yes baby is here and loving the 7! I'm still enjoying it, it's definitely great when it comes to the baby and it's just all round so good.

However the new x5 is catching my eye quite a bit!

I see you have a 3 series now?

Great to hear the baby has arrived and life is good! (well likely besides getting sleep!) and glad you enjoy the car still.

Agree that the X5 looks lovely, effectively a 7 with 4 x 4 capability and higher up so easier to get into and better views over traffic. I note they have even put in cup heating / cooling so features the 7 doesn't have!

Yes, typically, just as I was about to get some nice new 21" rims for the 7, the wife thought she knew a better use for that deposit and to be fair her mini was 7 years old so we now have a new addition as well, a lovely 4 series convertible (420d M Sport) looks brilliant, would have loved the M4 convertible but the wife has a better financial head on her shoulders and slapped me around until I submitted to an economical diesel with nice looks! She loves it and barely lets me get a look in so it is obviously the right car for her.

Have a great bank holiday weekend and safe travels.
