Android to control your bmw

Hey friends, i was thinking if we cant get android auto in pre fl g11 g12 but there are rear tablet with android so maybe there is way to add car controls to your android phone just like in tablet at rear?

The tablet in the rear is synced to the modules in the car which it activated by sending command to a certain feature.
Its possible in theory but would need extended data to understand how certain modules communicate with whatever source you chose to use, in your case, the android phone.

I don't believe there is enough features the tablet doesn't cover yet that you would be able to add though as "hard coding" requires a restart if the ECU everytime
