Rear Comfort Seats

Do the Rear Comfort Seats of the Luxury Rear Seating Package come with electrically adjustable headrests? If not, is there any way to replace the headrests of the standard rear seats with the ones from the Rear Comfort Seats? Will they fit? I prefer the design and comfort.

And, I thought BMW was supposed to add the option to have Rear Comfort Seats with a 3 person bench, in addition to the 2 person setup they've had, starting September. Is it offered yet? It doesn't show up on the bmwusa "Build Your Own" and neither does the "Camera Package", which was also supposed to be reintroduced...

Yes, the rear headrests are electronically adjustable.
